Following the wonderful response to the Spring Walk for WADARS (Worthing and District Animal Rescue Service), we are organising an Autumn Walk for WADARS! The walk will start from the car park at Highdown Hill on Sunday 11 October 2009 at 11 am.

A lady contacted us further to our post about the baby pigeons, enquiring about the best action to take as she had found one who couldn’t yet fly.
If the bird is uninjured, always leave it where it is if at all possible. The parents will be keeping a watchful eye on their baby and continue to feed it even if it is not in the nest.
